A standalone pool inspection typically takes 45 minutes to an hour; bundled with a home inspection, it adds a similar amount of time to your visit.
How Do I Know What Ancillary Services I Need?
It’s not always a simple question to answer, as each scenario is different. However, asking the right question and utilizing the inspection company’s responses will help guide you towards any additional services you may desire/require. (Some loans require certain ancillary services in order to close)
Do I Need to Attend the Inspection?
It’s entirely up to you. Many of our clients choose to attend so we can point out any defects in person and answer questions in real time, but it’s not required.
