However, in order to confirm an area is indeed mold an indoor air quality or swab testing must be completed.
How Is A Home Tested for Mold?

Expedited Shipping
All of our mold/iaq samples are shipped via UPS/Fedex to our EPA approved laboratory based in Utah.
Lab Analysis
Our state of the art laboratory then utilizes AI technology to analyze each sample.
Detailed Report
Once each sample is analyzed, they produce a detailed report with documents to help example the findings.
